Struggling through the many symptoms of menopause I tried the Loins Mane first it was great but then I thought I would try this mix and WOW many of my symptoms have disappeared.. brain fog gone most of all my hot flashes and night sweats gone! I mix a teaspoon full in my coffee in the morning now the taste is a bit bitter but I enjoy it! I recommend it to all my friends and even customers that talk about their menopause journey!
